Based off a strong recommendation, I decided to try acupuncture with Mukunda. Since I've been struggling with a few chronic illnesses and autoimmune diseases for more than a decade, I've been looking for anything that helps. The sessions with Mukunda have given me the most substantial relief I have found so far and I enjoy a period with a calm nervous system and a decrease in anxiety after each session.

While the acupuncture is already so helpful, I am grateful to receive a lot of spiritual guidance from Mukunda. When I first met him, I was feeling confused and overwhelmed spiritually, but through several treatment sessions, he has provided me so much guidance and support by steering me back towards my inner wisdom. In looking back over this period, he has provided me an immeasurable amount of knowledge and reassurance through a difficult period of growth.

Lastly, his Reiki Level 1 class was unbelievable. I had already received my level 3 Reiki certification earlier in the year, but I KNEW I had to learn from him. And that was accurate, I learned so much, not to mention the class was super fun and the in person attunement really helped me. Can't wait for Level 2!

The combination of all of these things have completely transformed my life. I can now practice Reiki on others without burning out from my health problems and energy overload and I feel like I can now have fun with what I am experiencing, instead of lost and anxious over it.
